This Refund & Payment Policy governs all purchases made through Carlos Marquez and associated platforms (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any course, program, subscription, coaching, consulting service, event, trip, or digital product—whether delivered online, live, or in person (collectively, “Offerings”)—you acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Use.
All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, all purchases are non-refundable and non-cancelable. Due to the nature of digital content, coaching programs, live experiences, and included services, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, lack of results, missed sessions, non-participation, or failure to complete the Offering.
No Refunds for Digital Access, Participation, or Services
Once you receive access to digital materials, membership areas, coaching sessions, course content, consulting calls, or any included service (such as audits, reviews, marketing assets, or in-person activities), you are responsible for the full payment—even if you later choose not to use the materials, attend, or participate.
Non-Participation, Inactivity, or Lack of Progress
Choosing not to participate, delaying engagement, or failing to advance through sequenced modules, services, live activities, or coaching stages does not excuse you from your financial obligation. No refunds, credits, or deferrals will be granted for Offerings not accessed due to your own inaction or delay. If the Offering has a time limit or calendar, and that time period expires before you engage, you forfeit any unused services, deliverables, or components.
Time-Bound Access to Offerings
Certain Offerings—including online or in-person courses, programs, coaching, consulting, live sessions, events, or trips—require that you participate, complete modules, or redeem services within a defined time period as stated at the time of purchase or registration. Once the allowed access period ends, all rights to course content, coaching, live sessions, travel access, or bundled services expire—regardless of usage. You acknowledge that failing to complete the Offering or redeem services within the given timeline results in forfeiture without refund or future credit.
No Entitlement to Unused Portions or Services
You are not entitled to partial refunds, deferred service, or future access if you miss or delay use of scheduled features (such as coaching, Q&A, group sessions, in-person events, trips, or bundled services) included in the Offering. Access is time-bound and subject to availability as stated at the time of purchase.
Subscription Terms
Some Offerings renew monthly or annually. You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be granted for automatic renewals after the billing date.
Installment Plans
If you choose an installment plan, you agree to pay the full amount of the Offering. This obligation applies regardless of your level of participation or completion. Failure to make payments on time may result in access being suspended and the full remaining balance being sent to collections.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute violates this policy and may result in immediate removal from all Offerings and services. You will remain responsible for the full balance due and any fees incurred to recover the debt.
Event-Specific & Trip-Specific Refunds
For in-person events, experiences, or trips, refund terms (if any) will be clearly stated at the point of registration. If no specific policy is stated, the standard “no refunds” rule applies. Transfers or rescheduling are not guaranteed and are only granted if explicitly offered at the time of purchase.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for non-performance due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, travel bans, pandemics, etc.). Missed access or rescheduled Offerings due to such conditions are not eligible for refunds.
